Based in Wagga Wagga, Nicole has more than 30 years of experience working alongside family businesses. She has played a leading role in developing the Boyce Generational Strategy service, helping create a practical approach that brings together business strategy, family decision-making and leadership development.
Under Nicole’s leadership, the Generational Strategy team has experienced significant growth, reflecting the increasing demand from business owners looking to prepare for the future and create clear plans for the next generation. She has also developed tools, frameworks and resources that help families move forward with confidence and clarity.
A passionate advocate for inclusive leadership, Nicole works to ensure all voices are heard around the decision-making table, including women and emerging leaders who will help shape the future of family businesses.
Beyond her client work, Nicole is committed to mentoring colleagues and building capability across Boyce, helping strengthen the firm's ability to support families and businesses throughout regional Australia.
