Boyce Managing Director Carmen Caldwell has extensive experience in providing financial services for retail, professional and service businesses. She specialises in developing quality internal systems that capture accurate information and enable timely management reporting.
Over her long career with Boyce, Carmen has valued a proactive approach. She leads the way in helping Boyce clients achieve their personal financial goals, such as through the continued growth of their businesses, the protection of their established assets, due diligence for the transfer of assets or the establishment of new ventures, and much more.

As Independent Chairman, Jim leads Boyce’s governance arrangements. He advances the interests and cohesiveness of the leadership group and provides independent advice, counsel and guidance for business unit leaders and team members.

Caroline leads and contributes to the development of our Boyce team members. She also engages and advises clients to help them achieve their goals, by helping to build their knowledge and by working collaboratively to improve and grow their businesses.

Brian has a passion for providing practical and understandable solutions. His detailed knowledge of all areas of tax and business operations enables him to help his clients uncover truly integrated, workable solutions.
Consulting across a broad range of tax matters - from salary and wage issues through to complex public entity taxation - Brian advises on intricate areas of goods and services tax (GST), income tax, capital gains tax (CGT), employment taxes and land tax. Brian’s expertise is in developing practical solutions to issues such as business structuring and strategies, as well as business and asset transfers.
Brian has contributed to policy design, with roles on Treasury and industry body consultation and discussion groups, and by writing papers and submissions to lobby for change.
A Certified Financial Planner, Lindsay Garnock has more than 20 years of experience in the financial advisory industry. Lindsay also has a genuine desire to help families and businesses maximise their wealth potential, taking a personalised, integrated approach to financial planning and asset management.
He has a strong rural background, having spent his childhood on the family grazing property at Bombala in southern NSW. Over his career, Lindsay has been based in the regional centres of Cooma, Goulburn and now Wagga, where he is a member of the Kurrajong Race Day committee that raises funds for disability services across the Riverina.

Ben utilises his passion and experience in agriculture to lead his team, based in northern NSW, where he is involved in a number of community organisations.

Linda Mackellar joined Boyce Chartered Accountants as a cadet. She was soon appointed to the specialist Tax Focus Group and later as a Director. In 2003, Linda helped establish Boyce’s newest office, in Wagga; our client base there has since grown rapidly and considerably. She has since developed a strong interest in mentoring team members.
Her family owns and operates a mixed farming business, giving Linda real perspective and alignment with the opportunities, challenges and issues faced by Boyce’s clients in the agricultural and business sectors.

An important member of the Boyce since taking up a cadetship in 1998, Julie has nurtured her expertise in agricultural advisory and her extensive knowledge of strategic superannuation planning to now lead the Southern NSW team.
A dedicated member of the agricultural community, having grown up on the family farm near Boorowa, Julie has held board positions on the Agricultural Societies Council of NSW, the Cooma Show Society and a regional retirement village; she also helped produce Boyce’s Grazing Comparative Analysis report and volunteered for the NSW Burn Support Foundation.

Scott brings his extensive experience working with Boyce’s agricultural clients to lead a team that helps medium to large agricultural enterprises in grazing, irrigated cropping, broadacre cropping and newer on-farm industries such as carbon sequestration, wind and solar power generation, and biodiversity conservation.
He is a committed volunteer for a range of public organisations, such as the Dubbo Chamber of Commerce and community sports clubs.

Stacey works mostly with clients in the agricultural industry, and she leads her team to ensure optimal services to clients. Born and raised in Sydney, she joined the Boyce team as a cadet in 2005, going on to gain a degree and professional qualifications before settling in Moree, NSW.
She has been involved in the production of Boyce’s annual Australia Cotton Comparative Analysis report, with the Cotton Research and Development Corporation.
An active member of the community, Stacey enjoys mountain bike riding, snow skiing and volunteering for the local dance club.

Daniel has experience working with clients in a wide range of industries, including construction, earthworks, medical, manufacturing, retail, e-commerce and professional services. He’s proud that the extensive experience and expertise inherent in Boyce’s team enables the company to comprehensively help clients with any number of their financial services.
Dan grew up in Dubbo, and he enjoys playing cricket and basketball.

Jonathan complements his technical expertise with his broad knowledge of a range of industries, including engineering, construction, logistics and agriculture.
His involvement in community organisations over 20 years has led him to positions with Boyce charity partner the Country Education Foundation, of which he is the Treasurer.

A technical accountant with extensive experience in audit as a registered company auditor, Michael has built on his strong foundation in financial reporting, accounting principles and risk management. He is passionate about helping organisations achieve their financial objectives by providing accurate and reliable financial information, using his expertise in external audit.
With attention to detail, analytical skills and an ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely, Michael is committed to delivering high-quality results that meet and exceed client expectations.
Mel shares with her colleagues a wealth of experience, with her diverse background spanning agriculture, medical, construction, retail and professional services. She plays a valuable role in learning and development, fostering strong team environments and mentoring team members in Shared Services.
A Director of the Amie St Clair Melanoma Trust, Mel also supports her community by playing an active role in her family’s sporting pursuits.
In 2015, Mel was the recipient of the Tony Quirk Employee of the Year Award.

Tim's diverse experience in the energy transition economy and deep knowledge of sustainability, ESG and Carbon matters means he is perfectly placed to lead and support Boyce's clients in managing their climate related risks and maximising value creation opportunities along Australia's path to a net zero economy.
Over his impressive career focused on energy, sustainability, decarbonisation and net zero, Tim has played key design roles in some of Australia's most critical energy and resource infrastructure projects. Tim has advised and supported local and international clients alike on Australian climate policy, sustainability governance and reporting, and carbon market navigation.
Vikki brings a wealth of experience to the Boyce team. With over 14 years of experience as a Strategy and Transactions professional, she has built a strong reputation internationally for her skills in buy and sell-side advisory, capital raising, strategy, deal flow identification, and financial and commercial due diligence.
Prior to moving to Australia, Vikki was a Director in EY’s Strategy and Transactions team in Malawi, where she advised domestic and international clients on large-scale, complex transactions across Sub-Saharan Africa. Originally from the UK, Vikki’s passion for the agricultural sector was cultivated during her six years of living and working in Malawi. Since moving to Australia, her focus on the Food & Agribusiness sector continued in her role within PwC’s internationally recognised, Food & Agribusiness team.

Nicole has been appointed to Business Manager, Agri Services, a newly established Agri Advisory position. Boyce has identified the growing farm succession and ES & G requirements as part of managing any business that grows food, fibre and now, energy. The role of a primary producer has evolved significantly and the need for outsourcing non-core operational tasks has created the opportunity to expand our service offering as a trusted advisor.

With a Bachelor and Master of Commerce, Miles leads a team dedicated to providing strategic financial guidance to clients, helping them optimise their financial performance, manage budgets, and forecast future scenarios. He uses his extensive industry knowledge and operational expertise to assist clients in making informed decisions that drive growth and profitability for generations to come.
Originally from Western Australia, where he grew up on a family farm, Miles has a strong connection to our regional communities. Though now based in Sydney, he enjoys returning to Western Australia whenever possible and appreciates the opportunity to work with clients in regional areas. Outside of work, Miles stays active by playing Australian rules football and spending time with friends.

Andrew Robertson is the Business Unit Leader for Private Wealth at Boyce, operating out of Dubbo. With a strong educational background, Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a Master of Applied Finance, and is a Certified Financial Planner®. His expertise lies in providing investment and strategic advice, particularly to clients in central and northern regions of New South Wales and Southern Queensland. As the Chair of Boyce's Investment Committee and Responsible Manager of the Boyce AFSL, Andrew plays a pivotal role in shaping the Boyce difference for our Private Wealth team.
Raised in regional New South Wales with a deep-rooted passion for rural communities, Andrew understands the unique needs of his clients. Tammy Jones has been an integral part of Boyce since August 2008, bringing over a decade of experience across multiple divisions within the firm. Starting in the accounting division before moving to finance and ultimately leading the Superannuation team. Her extensive experience across multiple areas within the firm has equipped her with a deep understanding of superannuation, enabling her to deliver exceptional, well-rounded care and service to her clients.
Tammy exemplifies the Boyce Difference by offering proactive, client-focused service tailored to each individual’s needs. Her leadership reflects Boyce’s commitment to integrity and excellence, ensuring clients receive the highest level of personalised care.
Outside of work, Tammy enjoys life on her family’s farm in Numeralla with her husband and three children. The family runs a mixed farming business, and Tammy spends her weekends carting hay around the Snowy Monaro district or camping with her loved ones. Her dedication to her community and family mirrors the commitment she brings to her role at Boyce.
