We're looking for a People & Culture (P&C) Coordinator to join our team based in our Sydney office.

As a P&C Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional P&C services across Boyce, with a primary focus on end-to-end recruitment and onboarding. This role ensures a seamless candidate and employee experience while supporting broader P&C initiatives that enhance engagement and culture.


What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like...

Your role will be varied and people-focused, with a strong emphasis on recruitment and operational support. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Manage recruitment across all levels and deliver an engaging onboarding experience for new starters.
  • P&C Operations and Projects: Maintain HR systems, manage employee lifecycle processes, and contribute to initiatives that improve employee experience.
  • Advice and Support: Provide accurate guidance on policies and procedures, escalating complex matters as needed.


About You


We're looking for a proactive and organised HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships. You’ll be passionate about delivering great candidate and employee experiences and committed to continuous improvement.

If you have some of the following skills, experience, or qualities, we would like to hear from you:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR coordination or administration, with strong recruitment exposure.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong commercial acumen and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • High-level problem-solving skills and initiative to deliver quality outcomes.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
