The Opportunity...

We're looking for a Learning & Development (L&D) Advisor to join our People & Culture team based in our Sydney office.

As an L&D Advisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering and improving learning programs across Boyce. This hands-on role involves coordinating technical and leadership training, updating learning materials, and ensuring programs are practical and aligned with business needs. You’ll help maintain learning pathways, support facilitation, and foster a culture of continuous development across the organisation.


What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like...

Your role will be collaborative and impactful, with a focus on learning design and delivery. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Learning Planning and Facilitation: Coordinate and deliver training programs, using feedback and data to improve quality and impact.
  • Content Development and Leadership Programs: Work with subject matter experts to design engaging learning experiences and support leadership pathways.
  • Business Engagement and Early Careers: Build strong relationships across the business, support graduate programs, and promote a culture of continuous learning.


About You


We're looking for an organised and proactive learning professional who enjoys creating engaging development experiences. You’ll be passionate about supporting others, comfortable working with diverse stakeholders, and committed to continuous improvement.

If you have some of the following skills, experience, or qualities, we would like to hear from you:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Adult Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3 - 4 years experience in Learning and Development.
  • Familiarity with modern learning technologies and approaches (e.g., microlearning, social learning).
  • Strong project execution skills with the ability to move quickly from concept to implementation.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
