As Head of Marketing, you’ll lead the strategic direction of Boyce’s brand, communications, and client engagement across regional and metropolitan markets. This senior leadership role is responsible for shaping how Boyce is positioned in the market, amplifying our voice, and driving initiatives that support growth, client experience, and cultural alignment. You’ll work closely with the executive team and lead a high-performing marketing function that delivers measurable impact.

The Opportunity... 

We're looking for a Head of Marketing to join our team based in our Sydney office. 

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like... 

Your role will be strategic and collaborative, with a focus on brand leadership, stakeholder engagement, and team management. You’ll be responsible for: 

  • Brand and Market Strategy: Lead Boyce’s brand positioning, marketing campaigns, and growth initiatives to reflect our values and regional identity. 
  • Client and Executive Engagement: Champion client-first strategies, support executive communications, and partner with senior leaders to align marketing with business goals. 
  • Team Leadership and Performance: Manage the marketing team and budget, oversee events and sponsorships, and implement metrics to evaluate impact and ROI. 

About You 

We're looking for a strategic and experienced marketing leader who understands the nuances of regional markets and professional services. You’ll be a confident communicator, a collaborative partner, and a values-driven leader. 

If you have some of the following skills, experience, or qualities, we would like to hear from you: 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline. 
  • At least 10 years’ experience in senior marketing leadership roles, ideally within professional services or regional markets. 
  • Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive brand growth and client engagement. 
  • Strong understanding of regional Australia and the ability to craft campaigns that resonate with local communities. 
  • Expertise in brand management, corporate communications, digital marketing, and event strategy. 
  • Commercial acumen, including experience managing budgets and evaluating ROI. 
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills. 
  • Experience leading high-performing teams and fostering a collaborative culture. 
  • Ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution. 
  • Commitment to ethical marketing practices and alignment with Boyce’s values.
