Position Overview:

What You'll Do: 

• Client Engagement: Engage with a diverse portfolio of clients and businesses. You will participate in various client engagement activities across our business advisory, private business services, and agriculture teams (among other business units), ensuring timely and professional delivery of information to meet and exceed client expectations. 

• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Under the mentorship and guidance of our senior team members, you will have the opportunity to work on real client issues and contribute to helping our clients achieve their financial objectives. 

Team Collaboration: Actively participate in cross-functional activities to gain a comprehensive understanding of Boyce’s operations. Foster a collaborative team environment by demonstrating adaptability, active interaction, and a positive contribution mindset. 

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:

Your days will be dynamic and engaging, offering you the opportunity to work across a range of projects. You might find yourself: 

• Client Consultations: Dive into client meetings to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions that make a real impact. 

• Financial Analysis: Get hands-on experience with financial data, preparing insightful reports that guide strategic business decisions.. 

• Team Projects: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on exciting projects that enhance your understanding of diverse business operations and sharpen your problem-solving skills. 

About you:

We are looking for individuals who are eager to commence their career in advisory. You may have an interest in Business Services, Agriculture, Audit, Tax, Sustainability or Superannuation. You will bring a proactive, analytical, and positive attitude towards tackling client challenges. A commitment to continuous learning and development is essential, as is the ability to adapt to and uphold Boyce values, standards, systems, and processes. 

Key Qualifications and Skills: 

• Tertiary qualifications in Accountancy, Commerce, or Business. 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

• Demonstrated “can do” attitude and problem-solving abilities. 

• Ability to assess situations, identify issues, develop solutions, and make informed decisions. 

• Commitment to delivering tasks to a high standard. 

• Adaptability in different work environments and the ability to adjust tasks to changing priorities. 

• Strong team collaboration skills.
