Description

The Opportunity...

We're looking for an Executive & Office Coordinator to join our Sydney office.

As the welcoming face of our Sydney office, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive client experience while supporting our executive team. This role offers a chance to grow into a trusted support partner across multiple areas.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like...

Your role will be varied and people-focused, with a strong emphasis on organisation, client service and executive support. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Reception and Office Coordination: Welcome clients, manage meeting room setups, and keep the office running smoothly through undertaking grocery orders and supporting office-based events.
  • Executive and Administrative Support: Assist the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director with diary coordination, travel bookings, and client visit logistics, while handling general administrative tasks like mail, scanning, and document preparation.
  • Team and Client Support: Provide administrative support to internal teams, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to a positive and inclusive office culture through proactive service and care.

About You

We're looking for a proactive and personable team player who enjoys helping others and keeping things organised. You’ll be comfortable in a front-facing role, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a high-performing team.

If you have some of the following skills, experience, or qualities, we would like to hear from you:

  • Prior experience in reception, office support, or executive assistance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional manner.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general office technology.
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and able to work independently.
  • A positive “can do” attitude and a natural team player.
  • Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
