The Opportunity:

You may work across Agri, Business Advisory and Tax Advisory teams, partnering with clients across diverse industries to provide trusted advice and deliver exceptional outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with clients across a diverse range of industries and sectors to provide trusted advice and deliver exceptional outcomes, building strong, long-term relationships and acting as a key advisor.
- Lead, mentor and support high-performing teams, helping develop technical capability, confidence and future leaders across the business.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team culture while providing coaching and guidance to team members at all levels.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
- Support the continued growth of Boyce and work closely with fellow leaders to drive strategic outcomes.
- Apply your expertise to deliver high-quality advisory, accounting and taxation services while maintaining high standards.
About you:
- Significant experience within public practice accounting or professional services.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams.
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A track record of delivering exceptional client outcomes.
- Commercial acumen with an ability to identify and develop opportunities for clients and the business.
- Experience mentoring, coaching and developing future leaders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualifications.
- A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach.
