Description
As an Adviser Support team member, you will play an important part in delivering high‑quality financial advice by supporting our advisers across client management, compliance, and operational processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing advice documents and supporting materials,
- Assisting with paraplanning tasks such as research, modelling, and preparation of SOA/ROA components (depending on experience),
- Managing client data and maintaining accurate records,
- Coordinating appointments and supporting the end‑to‑end advice process, and
- Ensuring high standards of organisation, compliance, and client service.
This role provides excellent exposure to the financial advice process and offers pathways to grow your technical skills, including opportunities to build your paraplanning capability over time.
About you:
You are organised, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional client service. You have strong administrative and time‑management skills, high attention to detail, and a genuine interest in financial advice. You value confidentiality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
You are comfortable using a range of software systems, and you enjoy working collaboratively while also taking initiative and ownership of your work.
We would love to hear form you if you have:
- Previous experience in financial planning, paraplanning or professional services (desirable but not essential).
- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with a variety of clients over the phone and face-to-face.
- Friendly and approachable, comfortable interacting with clients and the Boyce team.
- Willingness to be flexible in duties and deliver exceptional service to both clients and team members.
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft applications and other relevant software, with proficiency in office technology.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and accountability for thorough task completion.
- A high level of responsibility and ownership of work quality and accuracy, taking pride in delivering error-free outcomes and actively pursuing continuous improvement.
- A positive, “can-do” attitude, along with strong adaptability and reliability.
