We're looking for a Client Experience Coordinator to join our Moree and Dubbo teams.

As a Client Experience Coordinator, you will manage workflow to ensure our accountants' workload is balanced, provide exceptional service to clients by handling a variety of requests, and assist the team with preparing financial statements and tax returns as needed.


What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like...

Your day will be varied and engaging, offering the opportunity to manage workflows, provide client service, and support our team. Your day may look something like this:

  • Workflow Management: Start your day by reviewing and prioritising tasks to ensure our accountants' workload is balanced. You'll update job statuses and coordinate with team members to keep everything on track.
  • Client Interaction and Support: Handle client document requests promptly and professionally. You'll be the first point of contact for client queries, ensuring excellent service and clear communication.
  • Financial Statements and Tax Returns Preparation: Assist the team with preparing financial statements and tax returns as needed. You'll review and save necessary documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Administrative Duties: Throughout the day, you'll manage various administrative tasks, such as handling ATO requests, updating records, and providing initial cashbook training to clients. Your organisational skills will help keep everything running smoothly.


About You


We're looking for a dedicated professional with a strong background in administration or financial services and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. You might be a customer service professional looking to develop, a bookkeeper wanting more variety, or an admin professional eager to advance your career. You'll excel in managing tasks, communicating effectively with clients, and supporting the team with a positive and proactive attitude.

If you have some of the following skills, experience, or qualities, we would like to hear from you:

  • Qualifications in Business Administration, Bookkeeping, or experience in administration, bookkeeping, or financial services.
  • An ability to maintain customer service levels in a busy environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A demonstrated “can-do” attitude.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve issues.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and development.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and team members from varying backgrounds.
  • Highly organised and efficient in managing multiple tasks accurately and timely.
