Every family business reaches a point where it needs to plan beyond the next season, the next year or the next business decision.
With an estimated $5 trillion set to change hands across Australia over the next 30 years, there has never been a more important time to plan ahead.
Generational Strategy helps families step back and focus on the bigger picture. Together, we explore where the business is heading, what matters most to the family, and how future leaders can be prepared to support long-term success.

What sets our approach apart is a simple but powerful principle: people at the centre, strategy before succession.
We work with family enterprises to define strategic direction and build leadership readiness before succession and asset ownership decisions are made.

We look at the bigger picture first. We focus on where the family and business want to be in the future, how decisions are made, how current owners will create legacy and how the next generation will step in. Succession is part of it, but it’s not the starting point.
Earlier than most people think. Ideally while options are still open and relationships are strong. You don’t need to have all the answers, but starting the conversation early gives your family more control and less pressure later.
