1 July 2019 marked a changing of the guard at Boyce, with Moree Director Phil Alchin stepping down as the firm’s Managing Director and Goulburn Director Carmen Caldwell stepping into the role.
Carmen is one of the most experienced Boyce Directors having commenced her career with Boyce in 1995. Carmen moved to help start the Goulburn office with Peter King after working as a cadet in the Cooma office while completing her accounting degree.
Carmen was quickly recognised as a future leader of the firm and was appointed as a Director in 2001. In 2012 Carmen was appointed as Finance Director and served on the firm’s Executive team for 6 years in that role.
Carmen has an experienced and energetic team in Goulburn that will continue to work with her on both managing clients and in her new role as Managing Director.
Carmen will join the Executive team, with Jono Forrest as Finance Director and Caroline Wilcher as Operations Director.
