Shannon Bow - Manager

Knowledge.
Shannon grew up on a small cattle farm just outside of Dubbo, New South Wales.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Accounting in 2019, from the University of New England whilst residing at St Albert’s College in Armidale. Shannon began with Boyce after being the successful recipient of the TQ Scholarship, commencing full time employment in 2019.
Her studied recommended in 2020 when she began her Professional Year studying to become a Chartered Accountant, and was admitted to the Institute of CAANZ in 2022.
Insight.
Growing up rurally, gave Shannon an appreciation for and a desire to help people from regional NSW, and those involved in agriculture to grow and build successful businesses.
Shannon knows that accounting is more than just numbers. She is passionate to help communicate the story behind the numbers to clients as well as external parties such as financial institutions to help clients achieve their goals, not just the best tax outcomes.
Experience.
Shannon work’s with a broad range of agricultural clients, from small Western NSW grazier’s to large cropping and cotton farmers. She enjoys meeting and communicating with her clients regularly; with a desire to discuss big picture planning, but also day-to-day operations including cashbook management and maintenance.
She works closely with her team in Dubbo and remotely to deliver compliance and management accounting solutions for clients.
