Caroline Wilcher - Executive Business Unit Leader - Boyce Business Advisory, Superannuation and Assurance Services

KNOWLEDGE
Caroline spent her childhood on various farming properties around central and northern New South Wales.
Following school, Caroline completed her university degree through the cadetship program with Price Waterhouse (predecessor to PwC) in Sydney commencing in 1990. She graduated in 1993 from Macquarie University.
Study continued in 1994-95, resulting in completion of the Professional Year in 1995 and admittance to the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
She met the competency requirements to become a Registered Company Auditor in 2011 and continues to hold this designation.
INSIGHT
In 1995 Caroline returned to the country to join the Boyce team in Dubbo.
Hailing from a farming background and having had experience with a variety of businesses meant that Dubbo, due to the mix of industries and client needs, was an ideal location for Caroline to continue her accounting career.
Caroline was appointed as an Executive Business Unit Leader of the firm on 1 January 2000.Caroline has acquired knowledge in a broad cross section of industries including manufacturing. retail and agriculture alongside the audit part of the business.
Caroline’s interest is in building her client’s knowledge and working collaboratively with them to improve and grow their business.
EXPERIENCE
Since joining the firm, Caroline has been involved with a varied client base ranging from family-run farm enterprises to large scale manufacturing businesses and has also played an active role within the Boyce business leadership group.
Caroline is married with four children. She continues to enjoy the opportunities and challenges of working with regional and rural businesses and combines this with a full and satisfying life outside of work.
