Geena Purcell - Manager
Geena grew up in the small country town of Wellington, 50km’s from Dubbo in Central West NSW. Geena completed high school at St John’s College in Dubbo, then at the age of 17 she began studying a Bachelor of Accounting (Management) at Charles Sturt University whilst undertaking the Cadetship program with the Boyce Dubbo office. After finishing her degree, Geena completed post graduate studies to become a qualified Chartered Accountant, to which she graduated in December 2020.
Geena has a passion for the region of Central West NSW and could always see herself staying and working in the area from a young age. Geena was appointed as a Manager in 2020 and enjoys working closely with her clients to assist them achieve their business goals and ensure their accounting and administration systems are meeting their needs. A highlight of Geena’s career is building strong, long-term working relationships with those around her.
During her time with Boyce, Geena has worked with a variety of clients including those from agricultural backgrounds, to those running a small or large business enterprise. Geena has always been involved with the local community and enjoys her current involvement as Young Woman Coordinator for the Wellington Show Society. When she isn’t at work, you will find Geena travelling the countryside to compete at Ranch Sorting and Team Penning horse events.
